Challenge / Application of the Project: In 2001-2002, Microsoft released their first version of Office for Apple’s OSX Operating System. To promote this product, which had a new look and feel and incorporated many “Mac-only” features, Microsoft Studios looked to Red Card Studios to help create a hip, edgy series of Flash product demos to be included on tens of thousands of Office v.X Promotional CD-ROMs distributed worldwide.
What RCS brought to the project to benefit it / complete it: Working with Microsoft Studios, Red Card Studios helped to define the creative direction of the demos by integrating sleek motion graphic effects with the clean Office v.X branding. The result was a highly successful series of high-impact marketing Flash demos.
